The Harbor-Topky Memorial Library is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Patrons are permitted to browse the collections and to use the computers and copiers. Public restrooms are open. Per CDC recommendations, face masks are not required for vaccinated individuals. Face masks are still recommended for unvaccinated persons. The library is still offering no contact services. Ashtabula County Mental Health and Recovery Services has provided us with Deterra Drug Deactivation System kits. Each kit can deactivate up to 90 pills and other assorted medicines. These are available free to all at the library.
