Gentle Yoga
In this practice, yoga poses will carefully cued and modified for any participant. This is a great class for beginners or anyone interested in a slower, more mindful practice with gentle movement and stretches. Learn to use movement and breath work to self regulate your sensory system. Gentle Yoga can be enjoyed and practiced by any body.
