Yoga for Functional Mobility
This yoga practices works through poses that help to keep and maintain joint movement. Working through each individual participant's unique range of motion, we will create a practice specially designed for each practitioner. Regular movement practice can help to maintain functional mobility in addition to feeling joyful and lovely.
